Since then he has developed EUROKAI beyond the boundaries of Hamburg to become an international container terminal group and built up an intermodal transport network. His biggest success has been the founding of the EUROGATE joint venture together with the BLG Logistics Group, whose major shareholder is the federal state of Bremen.
