Compliance
As a GmbH & Co. KGaA, EUROKAI complies with all applicable legal compliance requirements. These include, in particular, proper accounting and financial reporting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), timely submission of tax returns, and disclosure obligations to the commercial register and the German Federal Gazette. In addition, EUROKAI adheres to the requirements of the Transparency Register and relevant data protection regulations (GDPR).
